What is Logic model?

A logic model shows how inputs and activities produce outputs, outcomes, and long term impact. It is usually presented as a table or flow diagram in an appendix.
Funders use it to check whether your plan is internally coherent: whether the activities are big enough to produce the outcomes you promise, and whether the outcomes are measurable.
