Funding basics
What is NOFO?
Notice of Funding Opportunity, the federal equivalent of an RFP.
A Notice of Funding Opportunity is the formal announcement US federal agencies publish to describe a grant program. It is typically long, highly structured, and legally binding on the agency.
A NOFO includes program description, award information, eligibility, application and submission details, review criteria, and administrative requirements. Each numbered section maps to something the reviewer will check, so treat it as a checklist rather than background reading.

Paste a funding notice and your organization website. GrantFit reads both and returns a qualification verdict with the eligibility facts that matter.
